In these uncertain times I would like to reassure our customers that we are open for business and we are monitoring the situation with regards to Covid-19 closely whilst observing the advice and guidance from the WHO and the UK Government.
Continuity of supply of our products remains uninterrupted and we will update you should this situation change. Our website and social media channels will stay active and you will be able to find updates and information there too.
We take the health, safety and well-being of our staff very seriously and this extends to our customer base too. The Mansfield Sand management team have put in place the following measures:
- Our sales team communications are now telephone and email based
- Our drivers and weigh-bridge staff are using contact less procedures
- All non-essential business travel and face to face meetings for Mansfield Sand staff have been cancelled
- Our office staff are now working from home and on rotation in our office to support our back office functions.
- We are communicating closely with our supply base to anticipate any issues affecting supply of raw materials
